Western Level: $250 Contribution. Western sponsors will be included in advertising and promotion.

□ Reserve Western Level Sponsorship

Spur Level: $500 Contribution. Spur sponsors will be included in advertising and promotion, display signage, and company name on t-shirt. □ Reserve Spur Level Sponsorship

Star Level: $1,000 Contribution. Star sponsors will be included in advertising and promotion, receive a 10x10 booth space, able to display signage and company name included on t-shirt.

Boot Level: $2,500 or more contribution. Boot sponsors will be included in advertising and promotion and business logo on T-shirt. Boot Level sponsor will receive a 10x20 booth space, display signage and a large sign or banner. □ Reserve Boot Level Sponsorship

Stetson Level: $5,000 or more contribution. Sponsor will be featured prominently in advertising and promotion and recognized as event sponsor. Display large sign or banner on front of stage and have business logo on T-shirt. Stetson sponsor will also receive one 20x20 booth space.

Please note this sponsorship form goes towards funding of Justin Fun Day activities and Children’s Area.

Submission of this form reserves your 2016 Justin Fun Day event sponsorship. Please complete and return this form, along with your sponsorship payment by September 2, 2016. Justin Fun Day is a RAIN or SHINE event. In the event the festival grounds are deemed unsafe for staff, vendors and/or festival patrons, we reserve the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion and NO REFUNDS will be given.

Marketing materials (banners, giveaways, etc.) will be provided by the sponsor and should be delivered to the City Hall, 415 N. College Ave., Justin TX by Monday, September 19, 2016.
