Payment of our invoice should be made before the event.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to and the following cancellation charges will apply:

If a booking is cancelled 4 weeks or less before the event, 50% of the delegate fee is payable
If a booking is cancelled 1 week or less before the event, 100% of the delegate fee is payable

An alternative delegate may attend to avoid cancellation charges, but any delegate changes must be notified in writing to and will be subject to confirmation by return email prior to the event date.
