West Deptford Soccer Club 32st Annual Thanksgiving Tournament
West Deptford Soccer Club is hosting its 31thAnnual Thanksgiving Tournament November 23 to 25 in West Deptford, New Jersey. Ours is a major tournament in the region attracting over 250 teams from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and beyond. This year’s tournament will have about 4000 participants ages 7 to 17.
West Deptford Soccer is a not for profit organization dedicated to serving the youth in our community. Children ages 4 to 18 are able to participate year round in this fun and growing sport. With the US Women’s team’ssuccess in theOlympics, the arrival of Beckham and the popularity of the MLS, soccer is becoming one of the most popular sports in our country. Proceeds from the West Deptford Tournament are returned to our players in equipment, training, tournament fees, awards banquets, and scholarships.
We would like to offer local business owners and community members the opportunity to support our tournament in a number of ways. This year we are offering advertisement space in our ad book, advertisement space on our website, field sponsorship, and our Gold, Silver and Bronze level sponsorships for those wanting to provide the highest level of support. We hope that we can count on your support this year. We will print over 400 copies of the ad book to be distributed to coaches at registration, with additional copies available at the tournament for participants. Banners and field markers displayed over the weekend will be seen by the 4000 participants, their coaches and families – potentially 12,000 people all-together. And, participants and their families will be logging on to our website on a regular basis between now and the end of the tournament to check participating teams, schedules, and scores. This will result in a high level of exposure for our sponsors who choose a website advertisement.

Sponsorship Descriptions
Website Advertising on is included in Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorships
All website advertising will be visible on our tournament website from October 1 to the following June 30. This site is viewed by participants, potential participants and others interested in seeing our schedules and scores. Scores are updated throughout the tournament weekend so there will be numerous hits resulting in a high level of exposure for sponsors at a reasonable price.
Gold Sponsorship$500
This is our highest level of sponsorship and includes sponsor’s logo on front page of tournament website with link to sponsor’s website, and logo with link on a separate sponsor page indicating Gold Sponsor, 2 full page ads in ad book, and a sponsor sign at one field. If sponsor chooses, they can supply a banner that we will display prominently.
Silver Sponsorship$350
This level includes sponsor’s logo on front page of tournament website with link to sponsor’s website, and logo with link on a separate sponsor page indicating Silver Sponsor, 1 full page ad in ad book, and display of banner provided by sponsor at a prominent location.
Bronze Sponsorship$250
The Bronze Sponsor will have their logo with link on the front page of the tournament website and logo with link on a separate sponsor page indicating Bronze Sponsor, ½ page ad in ad book, and display of banner provided by sponsor at a prominent location.
Field Sponsor$200
A sign will be placed at one of our playing fields indicating the name of the field sponsor. (Limited to approximately 30) A logo can be added for an additional $50.
