National Night Out

Dear Organization Representative:
The West Boulevard Neighborhood Coalition will host its annual National Night Out (NNO) celebration for the West Boulevard corridor on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. The event is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Arbor Glen Community Outreach Center located at 1520 Clanton Road.
National Night Out is designed to:
· Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness;
· Generate support for, and participation in local anticrime programs;
· Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and
· Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back
This is an opportunity for your organization to have an exhibit table at the NNO celebration to showcase your services and programs.
The following are guidelines for exhibitors:
· Exhibitors are responsible for setting up, staffing and dismantling their displays
· All displays should be set up by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1
· All displays should be dismantled by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1
· A maximum of two persons per organization will be accommodated at the display
· A 6’x30” table, two chairs, and identification placard will be provided to each exhibitor
· Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own tent. The majority of the tables will be outside

A confirmation letter will be emailed to your organization by Wednesday, July 26, 2017. The letter will be addressed to the individual identified as the contact person on the registration form.
