WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES:
All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
IPC will repair or replace, at our discretion, without charge, any of our products which fail to perform due to defects in material or workmanship. Defects which result from damage or misuse, such as excessive force or improper use, are not covered by this warranty.
IPC will not be responsible for any incidental and/or consequential damage due to failure of any IPC product. IPC represents and warrants that: (i) it has the unrestricted right and authority to enter into this Agreement, and to grant the rights and licenses contemplated hereunder with respect to the Products and (ii) it has all rights in and to all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights associated with the Products that are necessary to market, distribute, and license the Products.
Any accessories that are not purchased from IPC will void your warranty.
Important: This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary form state to state.
RETURN POLICY:
To return a product under warranty, contact IPC toll free at 1-888-552-7867. IPC will issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. No product will be accepted for return without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer must package the merchandise in the original shipping container, or take due diligence to make sure packaging is sufficient to prevent damage during return shipping. A note detailing the reason for return along with a copy of your receipt must accompany shipment. Please include your name, address and phone number.
IPC will evaluate the defect and, at our discretion, either replace or repair the item and return it to the customer at no charge.
Products returned due to customer error must be returned within 30 days, in resalable condition, in the original container. A restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will be assessed.
CarGo Desk ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please note: Due to the roto molding process, CarGo Desk work surfaces may not be absolutely flat – this cannot be avoided, but will not affect the functionality of the desk.
First, note which CarGo Desk model you purchased. Follow the instructions as indicated below. Remember that this whole system is modular, and you can add additional components at any time.
