Wentzville Lacrosse Club
Dear Management,October 1st, 2017
The Wentzville Lacrosse Club is a boy’s high school club team consisting mainly of players from Holt HS, Timberland HS and Liberty HS in the Wentzville R-IV School District and surrounding areas. The club has Freshmen, Junior Varsity and Varsity teams. Lacrosse is an exciting sport that is experiencing tremendous growth in popularity in the St. Louis region. The boys playing this dynamic sport are gaining the skills to be successful in high school as well as in life.
Because this is a club sport, the school district is unable to financially support us. We need to have fund raising events to continue to provide this opportunity to the boys. We would like to request a donation for our annual fund raiserwhich we are hosting on April 7th, 2018. All funds raised at this event will go towards equipment, field fees, coaching staff, game supplies, and a scholarship fund available to disadvantaged kids who want to play the sport but do not have the financial means.
A donation from your organization would be an excellent addition to our fundraiser and greatly appreciated. The Wentzville Lacrosse Club is a 501(c)(3) organization and a donation acknowledgement letter can be given for your donation. The number to use is: 46-1009802. There are several options available including:
Auction Basket Items: Items for a themed basket that will be auctioned off. Your business information will be included in the basket.
Gift Certificates or Merchandise:A gift card or merchandise donation will make a great raffle prize or auction item. Your company information will be displayed with the item(s) throughout the evening as well as being sent home with the prize winner.
Name a Horse $10:Name as many horses for $10 a horse and have the horse announced thru out the race.
Table Sponsorship $25: Your business cards and/or brochure would be prominently displayed along with any give away items that are provided. Sponsor 3 tables for $60.
Round Sponsorship $100:Business cards and brochures would be placed prominently on each table. Your company logo and contact information would also be placed prominently on the top of each answer sheet for the sponsored round. Your company name and contact information would be announced by the Emcee prior to and at the end of the sponsored round.
