Welcome to our Summer Session!
Summer is such a fun time around CUMP. Here is a peek at our plans:
Chapel at 12:30 in the Sanctuary on Wednesdays
Summer stories – We’ll be looking at some Old Testament heroes, including Joshua, Elijah, Elisha, Naaman, Josiah and Daniel
Splash Days – June 16, June 30, July 14, July 28, Aug. 11
Splash time starts after lunch. Please send your child in his/her swimsuit and swimshoes and bring a LABELED towel.
Please apply sunscreen before you come to school. We will go outside at the beginning of the day before it gets too hot. On Splash Days, we will reapply sunscreen. In order to apply the sunscreen (Waterbabies), we will need you to sign a permission form. The form will be available at your classroom. We also will refill your child’s water bottle as needed.
The only supplies you will need to provide are a change of clothes and, if needed, diapers and diaper wipes.
On Tuesday, June 21 at 12:30, we will have a BBQ lunch for the special men in our lives. (Moms are welcome to come if your child’s special man can’t make it.)
Summer study topics are:
June 7-23 – The World Around Us
June 28–June 30 – Red, White and Blue - Please bring a riding toy to school on Thursday. You can decorate it for our parade or let your child decorate it here at school
July 5-7 –Camping out
July 12 – 21 – In the Kitchen
July 26 – Aug. 4 - Wet and Wild (liquids)
Aug. 9 – 11 – Chill Out
Summer teachers are: Mr. Jeff in the 3-6 year olds (in his usual room), Ms. Linda in the 2/3’s (in her usual room), and Ms. Molly in the Toddler/2’s (in their usual room). Mr. Jeff will be out the first week of the session and Ms. Andrea will be the substitute!

The summer tuition is $585. You may pay it in two installments of $292.50 each on June 7 and July 7.
