Insert Club Name Player Self Registration Guide
Please follow the instructions below to register online for your Club for the 2017 Season
1. Create Account:
a) Go to the Online Registration form link: https://membership.sportstg.com/regoform.cgi?aID=25829&pKey=69fe16bea71977143276857d0758ef9a&formID=64495
b) Select how many children you are registering
c) Enter an email address (utilise the email you have previously provided to your Club)
i. if your email matches, you will receive a message “The email address has been registered”. Proceed to check your email to set a password and follow the prompts (you may need to check if the email has been sent to your Junk email)
> Go to Step 2 to Continue
ii. if your email does not match, you will be asked to confirm you are registering under a new account by clicking Yes I’m new. You will receive a message “The email address has been registered”. Proceed to check your email to set a password and follow the prompts (you may need to check if the email has been sent to your Junk email)
Note: You can try an alternative email by clicking on the “No, I’ve registered before” link
> Go to Step 2 to Continue
2. Register Player Online
a) Once you have successfully set your password, you will have the option to Continue to the Registration form and proceed to register or you can click on the Registration form link above
b) Once you have logged in, you can either:
i. Select an existing Person attached to your account and proceed to re-register for the same Club
ii. Select a Club if the person you are registering has never been registered and proceed to register
Note: If the player has played previously, but is registering to a different Club, you will need to contact your Club or League to request a Transfer
c) On the Basic Info screen:
i. if re-registering a player, this information will be locked, click on Continue
ii. if registering a new player, enter the details required and click on Continue
d) On the Extra Info screen, you will see the full registration form:
i. Complete the online registration form
ii. Upload a Photo
iii. Upload a Copy of your Proof of Age Document (mandatory for New Players)
iv. Select any Opt-in messages, click on the Terms & Conditions, click on Confirm
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields, which must be completed in order to confirm your registration
e) You will receive a confirmation email that your registration has been processed (if registering as a new player, the registration will be Pending). Once approved by the Club you will receive confirmation via email.
