New Customer Welcome Letter (please save this so you can send to your new customers)

Welcome to Melaleuca! Thank you for becoming a customer.

Here are a few pointers and reminders that will help ensure you have a wonderful shopping experience:

  1. Read through your Preferred Customer Benefits booklet that is in your membership kit. There are many additional benefits and services we didn’t have time to cover during our overview. The product information phone number has company experts who will answer any product questions you may have 1-800-742-8094.
  2. Many customers take advantage of the discounted introduction bundles (Value Pk, Essentials PkPk, EcosensePk) so you can save money and get rid of the many ineffective or toxic consumer products that are now in your home. You have 2 months to buy the Essentials/Value Pk
  3. Loyalty Shopping $ are redeemable in your second month. When you plan your shopping needs, consider what you will be able to add to your order for free each month (Loyalty Shopping $$). Once you have placed at least 35 products points of products into your shopping cart and as you head to the check out, Melaleuca will remind you to choose your free loyalty $ products ($100 U.S./$120 Cdn). Many customers order more than once a month but when your total minimum (35 pts) for the month is reached, the free product offer pops up. There are coupons you can redeem also.
  4. Replace the store brand products in your home with Melaleuca products – products that really work, that cost you less, saves you time and money, saves the environment and provides you with a safer home for you & your family.
  5. Please add me as a friend so I can add you to our Melaleuca Customer Support Facebook Group where we post info on products

Other Information:

Melaleuca will send you a welcome Letter wherein you will set up your username and password to access your online shopping account. If you did not receive it, please call Melaleuca at 1-800-742-2444 and they will send out a new email so you can set up your online shopping account.

Once you are familiar with Melaleuca products, you will want to set up your customized back-up order to protect your membership discounts and benefits. You can do this online under the “My Account” tab. Your back up order is for emergencies only. There is no charge for the back- up order – it sits as a virtual order on your account – and is only sent and billed to you when needed.
