(This is your code to unlock the key safe located on the front door jamb)
PLEASE KEEP AND BRING WITH YOU AT CHECK-IN. How to use the Key Safe………………
- Press the reset button.
- Enter the use code by pressing the numbered buttons.
- Press and release the open button.
- Pull down on the key holder (lower portion of the key safe) grasping it from the sides, the key and the key holder are a unit, you should put it back in the key safe after you unlock the door so you don’t become locked out, you are responsible for any locksmith fees.
- To close the Key Safe simply insert key holder back into the bottom chamber and snap it closed then press reset.
- To avoid being locked out or losing the key, please return the key to the key safe after every use.

Things to bring to make your stay more enjoyable are…. SLIPPERS, laundry soap, condiments, kindling or starter logs and matches for wood burner, games, your favorite DVD’s/CD’s, toiletries, beach towels.
BASEBOARD HEAT - (Big Room) – two thermostats located above left side of bar, set both at the same temperature.
FURNACE & A. C. - (Main House) -Thermostat located in Kitchen.
WELL PUMP – Make sure circuit breaker is on; circuit panel located in laundry room near back door. Please NO foreign objects septic system.
WATER HEATER – The water heater was set to the HOTTEST setting, please have your guests take shorter showers, or you may have to wait for the water to re-heat.
WOOD BURNER – You Must READ and follow all operating instructions located above wood stove! Failure to operate stove properly will result in over burn and possible chimney fire! Operate in “BURN ZONE” only. DO NOT OVER BURN.
POOL TABLE – Please No Food or Drinks on table, cover when not in use. No children under 16 should play and remember you are responsible for any damage to the table and any accessories. …… PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
DART BOARD – Darts located in cabinet alongside pool table accessories.
BBQ GRILL – Please cover after cooled, utensils located in kitchen cupboard. Deck accessories located in closet near front entrance.
FIRE PIT – Please burn inside burning ring only. Some wood provided. For best results, keep bottom clear & do not over fill or leave unattended.
G.F.I. – Outside plugs are G.F.I. guarded, if you need to reset, the outlet is located on the back deck near the door wall & it protects both outlets on the rear deck as well as the outlet on the front porch.
PHONE – Local calls only, please use calling card for long distance calls.
TRASH DISPOSAL – Please take your trash bags with you when you leave, you can use the can located in the shed for temporary storage. Please keep the shed door latched or the raccoons will get at it!
KEY – Please remember to return the key and the key holder to the lock box and press the reset button. Please be sure to lock windows and doors at checkout as well as anytime you leave the house.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
Load dirty dishes in dishwasher and run.
(Hand wash pots & pans).
Strip sheets & leave on top of beds slept in.
Turn baseboard heaters in big room to off.
Turn thermostat in kitchen to 60 in WINTER and turn the A.C. off.
Close doors between main house and the BIG ROOM.
Lock all windows and doors and close all blinds.
Turn off all lights inside house, also turn off the power on the TV.
(TV can look off in video mode, please confirm power light is off).
Turn off well pump circuit breaker. (Located in laundry room).
Make sure to return the Key to the Key Safe and lock front door.
Please take your trash from in the house and/or shed with you.
