5. Set up Procedures for email accounts, self-introduction email & telephone voice mail

STEP 1: Accessing your PC, Email & Navision System

Your email address will look like this: (first name)(surname)@fiducia-china.com.

For security reason, staff may access their work email in the company only unless he/she has obtain special approval.

You will receive the first email sent from IT administrator, with links attached, to help you setting up the e-mail account, calendars and accessing the related information easily.
