1. Chairman’s Remarks
· Welcome to all those in attendance.
· A brief review of previous meetings
· An invitation for volunteers for 15-20 minute presentations “A day in the Life”

3. Minutes of the AGM held on 27th April 2015
· Minutes proposed by Francis Woodward
· Seconded by Bill Mercer
Accepted as a true representation.
4. Treasurers Report
· A balance sheet extracted from the branch accounts had been prepared for the AGM and displayed on the screen
· This showed two years figures for income and expenditure
· Encouraged to plan projects or seminars that require no income as monies are available to fund
· Monies are available to increase hospitality for the District meetings if the members require

5. Chairmans Report
· Look at the last minutes nothing changed too much. Carmel has resigned as she has become President of the Soroptimists.

· One new Member nominated themselves to join the committee.
· Jeff stated the term of Office regulations.
