The e-mail template below details the entire joining process for prospects who are ready to join, but can’t to it right then. You must change all of the variable information to your own. For example, that first link needs to be your “New Member Join Link,” that you can find in your Back Office right under your CTS ID Number.

This template also contains the information on how you want to receive the pledge, and where to send it. Make SURE you update that. Then, save this document is a place where you can access it easily, and remember to update it should any of your information change (such as your email address, phone number, etc.)

Hi <name>,

Congratulations on your decision to join us at the CA$H Tracking System. As we discussed, here is what you need to do to get started. You may want to print out these instructions so you can have them handy as you complete the steps.

  1. Log onto my website at . Read through the information on that page, as it reviews in detail the joining process. Then click the "Join Now" button at the bottom of the page.
  1. Read through the disclaimer on that page, and enter the password "success" (no quotes). Click the "I Accept" button to continue.
  1. Fill in ALL the information on the "Membership Enrollment" page. Click the appropriate box to select your entry option. Make sure you click the box to accept the Terms of Service," then click on the "Submit" button to continue.
  1. Choose whether you want to subscribe to our website monthly or yearly by clicking the appropriate "Add to Cart" button once, or if you are joining at one of the CTS Elite levels, you also can select the “Perpetual” membership. You will need your credit or debit card to complete the payment for your site.
  1. Make sure you only have a quantity of “1” and click the green "Check-Out" button.
  1. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the "Website Successful" page.
  1. The next page confirms your login information and the name of your inviter, which should say <Your Name>.” It also shows the information as to the recipient of your pledge(s), which is me. This information will be emailed to you as well. Here is the information to send your pledge via overnight courier. You can use either Fedex or UPS, whichever you choose:

Once you have sent your pledge, if you keep that page open in your browser, you can now click on the appropriate "Confirm Pledge Was Sent" link. This advises your inviter that your pledge has been sent off, and they can confirm your pledge to give you complete access to all of your Back Office training materials.

  1. Once your pledge has been confirmed, you can now log into your back office by going to and clicking on the Member Login" link at the top right of the page. Then, just enter your email address and the password you selected, and you will be forwarded to your back office.
