MEETING- The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at the UAW 647 Union Hall, located at 10020 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio. The 2nd shift will meet at 1:00PM, 1st and 3rd shifts meet at 3:30PM

·  ONE EVENDALE- There are a thousand rumors floating around the plant about One Evendale. Find out what is true and what is not by contacting your Committeeman. That’s what we’re here for. Also, we are asking you to wear your Union shirt or Solidarity shirt on Thursday, June 23 and Friday, June 24 to show the Company that we still have to have our needs addressed.

·  IAM PICNIC- The IAM District 34 Picnic is this Sunday, June 26 at Strickers Grove. Bring the whole Family. It’s fun! The picnic is from 12:00-8:00.

·  PROJECT ROOM- Once again, there are issues with jobs being contracted out without going through the Project Room. If you see work going on that is questionable, contact your Committeeman.

·  NO MONTHLY MEETING- There will be no Monthly Meeting in July or August. Enjoy your Summer.

·  FIDELITY- There will be Fidelity Reps. in the plant sometime in July for one on one meetings about your questions regarding your investments. Contact Matt Finley at 513-503-3128 for more information.

·  IAM PENSION FUND BROCHURE- There is an informational brochure about the IAM National Pension Fund online at www.iamnpf.org. There is also a link to it on our website( www.iamll912.org ) under the WEBSITES tab.

·  BULLETIN BOARD- The bulletin board in front of the IAM Office has a lot of info concerning current events, rallies, and issues that affect you as a Union Member. Take the time to check it out.

·  HOOKS AND HAWGS- The proceeds from this years Hooks and Hawgs Ride and Fishing Tournament will go to Keith Maupins’ Yellow Ribbon organization. The tournament is on Sat. Sept. 17. More info to follow.

·  UAW AND IAM GOLF SCRAMBLE- Don’t forget the UAW and IAM Golf Scramble on Tuesday, June 28 at Glenview Golf Course. To register your team, contact Tim Baker at 513-884-1405.

·  SPLIT THE POT- Our Split the Pot winner was Lenny Martini. Lenny donated the money to Guide Dogs of America. Thanks Lenny.
