We will leave at 7:45 a.m. Be at school by 7:35 a.m. The meet starts at 9:30 a.m. We are estimating being home around 2:45 p.m.

11:305th girl race-Abby T. Places of all seven runners will count in the scoring.
11:405th man race-Thomas Awards will be presented following the last race.

Flighted race awards---Medallions for 1st-5th place runners, place ribbons for remaining runners in race.

8th man/girl races (open races)---Medallions for 1st-5th place runners, place ribbons for places 6th-15th, participation ribbons to all other runners finishing race.

Food and drinks will be available at the course from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Flighted Invite t-shirts will be sold for $13.00, long sleeve shirts for $15.00, tie dyed shirts for $19.00. Names on the back of the tee will be an additional $3.00.
The meet will be held at the Franklin Outing Club. This is a private club. Buses and spectators will have to park on the main road and walk back into the area where we will run. Please be respectful of homes and property located within the club.
Directions to Franklin Outing Club(Franklin has requested that all vehicles enter the Outing Club fromRoute 104)
Take Route 4 to Auburn
Turn right onto Route 104 toward Franklin
Before you get to Franklin you will see a small FS plant on your right.
Turn right immediately past FS
Go over the tracks for approximately ¼- ½ of a mile
There will be a road on your right that leads to the outing club. Someone will be directing traffic at this point and direct you to the parking area. You will have to walk the short distance back to the area where the races will be held.
Fun FactsThe Franklin Invite started 38 years ago in 1979 with only boys racing. Glenwood has won the boys title 28 out of the 35 years in which they have competed in the invite. The girls races were added in 1989. Glenwood girls have won 16 titles in 27 years. Glenwood holds 11 of the 16 individual records. Individual records are listed on the next page.
