WELCOME!

We wholeheartedly welcome you to our fellowship. Sunday mornings have two parts:

·  Life Development Hour runs from 9-10 a.m. and allows people of all ages to gather for Bible and topical studies.

·  Worship Hour runs from 10:30 a.m. until noon. The focus for children and adults is worshipping the Lord.

Please take an At A Glance bulletin in the pew for an in-depth picture of who we are. Then fill out a communication card and place it in the offering bag so we can get to know who you are.

Learning How to Parent with Confidence

led by Dean & Lori Zierten

Every parent wants to know what they need to give their children what they need to build a solid framework for life long faith. Over the next 12 weeks these video discussion sessions will do just that. Better yet the discussion guides/workbooks will let you take it home with you as resource that you can come back to again and again throughout your parenting.

Perspectives from Church History – ETA Class

led by Bill Johnson & Roger Due

An awareness of Church history brings several benefits. It brings perspective of how biblical doctrine was formed. It brings appreciation for many contributions and diversities within the church. It reinforces the reality that the church always prevails.

Harvest Outreach

Next Sunday is Harvest Outreach Sunday. The need to feed hungry families in Racine continues throughout the year. Please add the food bank to your grocery list and pick up some non-perishable food when you shop this week. Put the food in the HO bin in the lobby on Sunday or whenever the church is open this week.

Feed My Starving Children

It’s not too late to sign up to serve at one of the three Mobile Pack Feed My Starving Children events October 28-30 at Brookfield Lutheran Church.

Times are Thursday and Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. or Saturday from 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Also, if you cannot help pack meals you can contribute money towards the cost of meals. Meals cost only 22 cents each but the average volunteer can pack $50 worth of meals in a two-hour shift. Cash donations can be given through the church office or you can give online at fmsc.org.

Miss a Week?
