We hope and pray you are all doing well! We have been hard at work getting ready for the reunion. We have chosen our hotel, a promising picnic site and are putting the finishing touches on the activities for the weekend. We really encourage you to use your vacation time and come early or stay longer. We have tried to pack in plenty of things to do to entertain you and bring us closer as a family unit. Be prepared to enjoy yourselves from Friday afternoon until Monday night.

Please call 888-627-7159 for reservations and identify yourself as part of the Carson, Cosey, Dement, Wilson family reunion. We have secured a block of rooms around the hospitality suite, there are a limited number of these rooms so please make your reservations early. Please understand that rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out if you fail to identify your affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

Triples and quads are $15 more

Family Directory/Family Tree Information
We are still missing address, phone and email information for many family members as well as some family tree information. Included is a list of people for whom we need addresses. We have also provided you with a new Family Group Record Sheet so that we may get updated information and verify the information we do have. Many of our youngest family members under the age of 15 are missing. Please copy as many forms as you need to complete the job and return them to us at P.O. Box 3266, Saxonville MA 01705. This information is also available on our website, where you can submit the form online.
Family Photo Project
Do you have any old family pictures? We mean really old from the1800’s or early 1900’s. Wouldn’t it be great to see all the faces of our family though the ages and learn something about our ancestors. We want to create a family history CD which will be a fundraising item at the reunion. If you are able, please scan the pictures and email them to us, or you can mail them and we will return them to you once we have scanned them. You may want to consider sending them certified or insuring them. Please send your pictures by November 30, 2005.
