We received 21 Compliments from Customers for all NEDDC Services for the period October 2015 to December 2015. Here’s a Selection of customer compliments in appreciation of the excellent services we provided for them

/ We again received a total of 5 compliments “for Excellent Service”.
One Customer said in their compliment letter:
Thanks for sending an officer out to deal with an issue on unsafe bin positioning on collection day now resolved completely ‘– “Many Thanks “
Another customer tweeted “Thanks to the bin men for taking extra re-cycling – my son has prescription milk requiring 60 bottles in the bin.”
/ A customer complimented us on the support he received from the Leisure Centre Team in undertaking an exercise regime suggested by his GP. He now attends the gym 3 times a week as a result of their support.
Another customer said: “I just want to say how fantastic the Leisure centre staff teaching was with my 7 year old daughter – making exercise great fun - Well Done and Thank you”
/ A customer wanted to record his personal praise for the way that the Environmental Officer dealt with a distressing and difficult situation with tact and professionalism.
He stated that they way that he had been treated had “restored his faith in officialdom”
/ A Customer called us to compliment the Planning Team on their effective management of his Planning Application.
He really appreciated being kept informed of the progress of his application - throughout the whole process and given the opportunity to respond to comments from consultees during the determination period.
/ 3 Compliments were received for our Environmental Heath Pest Control Team - one was from a resident who had a problem with a wasp’s nest which was holding up building work:
“The gentleman came out to remove the wasps nest on the day I phoned Customer Services This was excellent the best service I have ever had.”
