ASANA

Your team, its work, and the conversations around that work are organized clearly in Asana. Organizationsare based on your company’s shared email domain, and connect everybody within your company that uses Asana. Within an Organization, you and your colleagues can split into teamsand collaborate on your projects and tasks.

-Conversations: Organize your team conversations in open channels. Make a channel for a project, a topic, a team, or anything—everyone has a transparent view of all that’s going on.

Trello:

-A Trello board is a list of lists, filled with cards, used by you and your team. It’s a lot more than that, though. Trello has everything you need to organize projects of any size.

-Open a card and you can add comments, upload file attachments, create checklists, add labels and due dates, and more.

-You can invite as many people to your board as you need, all for free. Drag and drop people to cards to divvy up tasks. Everyone sees the same board and the whole picture all at once. Start a discussion with comments and attachments.

Schedule meetings or volunteer slots. Very simple tool, simply follow instructions to add options for meeting times/dates. A link will be created which you can email to those you are inviting who can add their availability or preference on a shared space.
