Here is the process:

1. NEW dealers register with BENQ as a Reseller: http://www.qreseller.com/services/register.cfm

You will need to fill out the WEB form, use "OTHER" in "Primary Distributor Info", but use your STAIN account number for "Your account #:" Once you fill out the form and submit, you need to print out the confirmation and fax it along with the "Benq Resale Information Form", a copy of your RESALE certificate, business card, and letterhead to the fax number listed for BENQ.

2. IN 1-2 days you will get a confirmation that you can login. You can then login at the Qreseller site http://www.qreseller.com/

3. To claim spiffs, you need to signup for the Q Rewards which is on www.q-rewards.com. It's a short form you need to fill out to get a BenQ MC debit card. Setup is a 1-2 day process.

4. You are now ready to claim spiffs, all of the above items ONLY NEED TO BE DONE ONCE. Claim spiffs at: http://www.q-rewards.com/ . BENQ will credit your DEBIT card with the spiff amounts. You can then use your spiff money ANYWHERE MASTER CARD is accepted.

IMPORTANT: KEEP YOUR PROJECTOR BOX!!! For you to claim your spiff, you need to have the MODEL and SERIAL number of the projector. ALSO for your CUSTOMER to claim any rebates, they MUST have the Original UPC label from the BOX.
