Job Duties

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Preparing, packaging, serving ice cream, milkshakes, as well as hot foods
  • Brewing tasty coffee beverages by following recipes
  • Cleaning and maintaining healthy-safe store environment
  • Restocking supplies
  • Becoming knowledgeable about all products/menu
  • Operating POS system
  • Opening and closing procedures
