SageCliffe is committed to the support of the Arts, Sciences and Environment in partnership with the larger community.We receive many more requests each year than we can accommodate, but we will carefully review all applications. Please provide the following information so that we can best evaluate your request, and email to: .   • Process:

Submit your donation application. Please be patient; we will contact you after we have considered your request. If your donation request is approved, you will be contacted by Kim Bryan (), who will send you photos and verbiage for use in your event catalogs. Please note: After the event, we will need to be emailed with the name of the item recipient. A certificate for the item will then be made with the individual’s name indicated. We will email the certificate to the procuring individual. It is your/the organization’s responsibility to get the certificate to the purchaser of the item.

  • For auction items, we cannot donate to silent auctions; only to live auctions.
  • We cannot change dates for Inn Packages or extend expiration deadlines for gift certificates.

Please note that by necessity we must donate to those organizations which most closely fit within our mission. If you do not, please instead consider our Special Pricing for 501C3 organizations. SageCliffe seeks to be a catalyst and balancing force for the good of all by promoting the dynamic interchange between the arts, the sciences, and the environment.The Cave B Inn and Cave B Estate Winery support that goal by providing unique, integrated experiences for our guests. While we donate to a wide range of organizations, when assessing requests for support we will be particularly interested in those that are well aligned with this mission.
