We invite you to register for the 6th Mighty Men Conference in the Bushveld.

Date: 11-13 March 2016

Venue: Farm Snymansdrift (17km outside Polokwane, on the old Mokopane Road)

Total expected attendance: 50000 +

Please note the following:

Only men may attend the conference, which calls for all cooking, serving etc. Kindly note thatwoman will be allowed to assist with the breakdown of the stalls and attend the service on Sunday only. MMC Bushveld reserves the rights to limit the number of the stalls and will be allocated by Willie Viljoen. No discussion will be entered into.

Vendors will need to provide the following:

  • Tents for accommodation if you stay on the farm.
  • Security is your own responsibility.
  • 30-50m Extension cable (min 12amp).

General Information:

  • The stalls will be in close proximity to the event area to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Operating hours will be between 7h00 – 22h00 daily and has to be manned at all times.
  • No stalls will be allowed to operate during services.
  • A maximum of five persons will be allowed per stall

MMC Bushveld 2016

Rules and Regulation:

  1. All stalls have to set up and be ready for business on Thursday 10 March 2016 at 15hoo.
  2. All stall to be manned by MEN only.
  3. All stalls must be operational from 7h00 – 22hoo on Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 7h00 – 12h00.
  4. All stalls must be closed for business during the speaker sessions in the arena.
  5. MMC Bushveld will however not accept any responsibility for theft or any kind of loss during the event.
  6. Registration fee per stall is R2600 and is payable on or before 1February 2016.
  7. Should an Exhibitor withdraw from the event, or fail to exhibit, he will still be accountable and will forfeit monies already paid.
  8. Should any exhibitor not have erected their stand in the allocated space by 10 March at 15h00, he will forfeit his space and the MMC Committee reserves the right to hire the space to another exhibitor without any obligation towards the exhibitor. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
  9. Electricity will be provided to all exhibitors and the cost is included in their price of R2600. (Extensions not included).
  10. No exhibitor will be allowed to drive on scooters, motorbikes or quadbikes during the event.
  11. MMC Bushveld shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by fire, theft or any other cause.
  12. All exhibitors should provide their own fire extinguishers for their stands that will comply with the requirements of the Polokwane fire department.
  13. Running water will be provided to all stalls.
  14. Kindly provide your own refuse bags to remove refuse.

The exhibitor exhibits at his own risk in every respect and it is a condition that holds the MMC Bushveld harmless and indemnifies them against any legal proceedings arising from any injury or accident caused or occasioned by any machinery or other articles exhibited, and from any responsibility arising from the exhibitor and his personnel’s actions or negligence.
