Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th July

All teams entering will be the teams for the 2015/16 season
Chamberlayne Athletic Football Club will be once again holding their six-a-sidetournament. Again This year we are Holding a Main Cup and a Sub Cup.
Preliminary games in the tournament will be played on a league basis followed by a semi-final and final. The top four’ teams from each league will qualify
(*subject to change according to entriesreceived)
Please note under 7’s and U8’s is non competitive and all participants willreceive medals.
Maximum 10 Players for age group (7-8) & 10 players for age groups (9-10) & (12-15) Girls U12&14’s.
maximum 12 Players for age group (U11) and Maximum 16 Players for age groups (U16 & U18)
Please complete and return the attached booking form in full. A confirmation email
will be sent on receipt with Maps, rules and team sheets being sent nearer the time.
There will be Refreshments, Hot & Cold food, Ice Creams,and Various other Stalls over the Weekend.
Please note we will have a club Photographer on the weekend taking photos to Purchase on the day.

U11’S will be playing 9 A-side

U16’s & U18’s will be playing 11 A-side
