We had the leagueteammommeeting and there is a bunch of information that I want to share with you.
1)TEAM MOM FORM - There are several events and items that are not covered in the registration fee for football. Events like homecoming and the end of year party as well as items like homecoming shirts, team socks and the casino night basket. I do not want to be asking you for money all season so my hope is to make the collection all at once and not nickel and dime you all season. I have created a form that needs to be completed by each family that covers all the extras for the season. All of the items in that form are explained below. Please complete the Quantity and Total sections of the form and return the form to me asap with the total amount due by check or cash.
2)PICTURE DAY - Our picture day isthe weekend of #########at #### time. Even if you do not plan to purchase photos, please make sure your player attends in full game day uniform and is included in the team photo.
3)HOMECOMING -Our homecoming game will be########. Full details will be sent out closer to the date. After the game we will have a homecoming party. That party will be held at ######## from ### to ###. Please make a note of this date and time. This event is listed on the TEAM MOM FORM – please indicate how many adults and children will be in attendance.
- Homecoming shirts- please let me know if you would like to order a shirt for your player or yourself. This year we will be ordering the silver, long sleeve, dry-fit shirt. The 2013 graphic (see below) will be printed on the front and theteamroster (also below) will be on the back. - Homecoming Sign– Normally, families have some kind of sign for their player at the homecoming game and the signs line the sidelines. You are welcome to make one or purchase one. I have purchased signs in the past from Spirit Line for $8.99. The helmet ones are ridiculously cute – you can customize colors, add your players’ photo, number and name. They are always a huge hit and look great for the kids. If you plan to order a sign, please do so early – they can take a while to get printed and sent out to you.Here is the website -
4)CASINO NIGHT-Casino Night is######
- Casino Night will be held at the Alibi in St. Charles this year. Tickets are $50 each and that included $1000 in casino cash, DJ entertainment, door prizes auctions and basket raffle activities. For every four tickets that are purchased, you will get two free! If you are interested in purchasing tickets to Casino night, let me know. 5)As a fundraising event, everyteam is asked to create a gift basket for a raffle that will be heldon the game fields ######. Those Gift baskets are due ##### so I need to get moving. This item is listed on the TEAM MOM FORM.
6)TEAMWEB SITE- Thanksto everyone that has signed up to bring a snack.If you haven’t done so already, please sign up. I would also like to encourage all of you to upload a photo of yourplayer to the roster page. If you need ANY help with the website (signing up for snack, getting pictures uploaded etc), please let me know - I would be happy to help. Also, I would encourage all of you paparazzi parents to upload photos after the games to the site!
7)INCIDENTALS-I am asking that every family contribute $20 per player for incidentals. This will covercupcakes, car decorations, and decorations for homecoming and the end of year party and well as team socks. This item in listed on the TEAM MOM FORM.
8)END OF YEAR PARTY-Our end of year party will be####at the ####. Details will be sent out closer to the date; howeverwe plan todo a buffet that includes soda, Italian beef, pasta, burgers, chicken fingers, fries, and salad. Adult beverages are not included.
