Description
OS COLOR GARD CLEAN is a highly effective cleaning concentrate especially developed for the easy removal of green growth (and similar natural pollution) from painted and unpainted wood surfaces – also on grooves and fissures. No scrubing necessary. OS COLOR GARD CLEAN cleans thoroughly and self-acting. Just apply and the green growth will normally disapppear automatically within 24 hours. Checks new growth.
Health and environment
Biologically degradable. The substances used comply with the demands of European standards regarding decomposition of detergents/surfactans. OS COLOR GARD CLEAN is not hazardous. It contains no formaldehyde, nor chlorine or phosphate. It has a low odour.
The principle of OS COLOR to manufacture and supply only products which are safe and environmentally friendly during production as well as for application resulted in the successful certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality management) and DIN EN ISO 14001 (environmental management).
Uses
OS COLOR GARD CLEAN removes green growth and similar
natural dirt on wooden surfaces externally. It is ideal for cleaning wooden or plastic garden furniture,
screens, terrace decks, pergolas and other similar surfaces.
Equally suitable for stone (also gravestones), plastic (check colour stability), concrete, cement, roof tiles, stepping stones, sidewalk etc.

Preparation
Avoid direct contact with plants (cover). Remove growth and loose dirt from the wood by sweeping. The surface must be dry before application
Method of application
Use OS COLOR GARD CLEAN pure or mixed with water (up to 1:10 according to infestation). Apply it with brush, sprayer or pour it directly on the infested dry surface.
The green growth should disappear automatically within 24 hours. (if the surface is not completely clean, repeat the application.)
Clean tools with water.
After washing with water and thorough drying, protect the refreshed wood with a coat of OS COLOR.
Recommendation: For this purpose we recommend in
accordance to the area of application and the desired colour shade:
Clear: OS COLOR clear OIL WOOD FINISH or OS COLOR TEAK-OIL (clear, no UV-protection),
Transparent: OS COLOR BANGKIRAI OIl, PINE OIL, ONE COAT ONLY, WOOD STAIn & PRESERVATIVE*
or OS COLOR FENCE and GARDEN STAINS (transparent)
Opaque: OSMO COLOR COUNTRY COLOUR or OS COLOR OPAQUE GLOSS WOOD STAIN.
Storage
Can be stored up to 2 years or more if can is tightly closed. Keep away from frost and heat (5-35C), also when in transit.
Ingredients
Water, cationic and nonionic tensides and stabilizers.
Caution
* Use biocides safety. Always read the label and product information before use.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not put in contact with victuals, beverages, animal food and their containers.
Avoid direct contact to plants. Do not inhale spray mist. In case of eye or skin contact, rinse immediately with clear water.
Do not mix with acids.
