We are offering seniors an opportunity topainta senior parking space this year. There are some great examples online if you'd like to look them up.Here's some.

Seniors may apply topainta senior parking space if theyhave a parking permit. A painted parking space is RESERVED for the senior who painted it. Seniors who paint parking spaces may only use those spaces.

Process:

a. submit an approved design by 4:00 on Tuesday, August 8 (submit designs to Mr. Little through email with the subject line, "Senior Parking Space Design." Seniors must receive a reply stating that their design has been approved.

b. pay 50$ to the front office

Time:

Parking SpacePaintingDates: Thursday, August 10, 8:00 - 12:00, and Monday, August 14, 12:00 - 3:00. All designs must be completed during these times.

Location:

All designs will bepaintedin the main lot.

Design Requirements:

All words, symbols, and colors that a student will usemust be includedin the submitted design. All design elements must adhere to school and county policy guidelines about appropriate subject matter and expression. Be positive. Be inclusive. Note that APPROVED DESIGNS must be submitted through email to Mr. Little by 4:00 on Tuesday, August 8. Therefore, it is best to submit a design as early as possible in case it needs to be changed.

Materials:

Students will provide their ownpaint.Allpaintmust belatex, outdoor housepaint.Nothing else will be allowed.Students must clean up their equipment and trash at the end of the day. Clean up will begin approximately 30 mins before the end of the day.

Some suggestions:

- Bring a broom. We will try to clean thespacesfirst but a broom will help.

- Sharepaintand brushes with your friends. Buy smallpaintcontainers.

Be prepared for big time fun! Bring water if it's sunny. If it rains on the first day, all work will occur on the second day. Ilook forward to seeing your ideas!!
