Election of Office Bearers for the 2017/18 season
The election of Office Bearers for the 2016/2017 season will be conducted on Sunday 6th August 2017at 10:30am at the WBHSLSC clubhouse. Nominations for each position are to be received in advance on the form below.
The guidelines for the election are:
a) If only one nomination for a particular position is received, then that nomination will be endorsed.
b) If two or more nominations are received for the same position, the result will be decided by a secret ballot.
c) If no nominations for a particular position are received, nominations may be received from the floor, subject to the discretion of the Chairman.
d) The nominee, and also the person nominating and seconding the position must be financial members of Wauchope-Bonny Hills SLSC Inc..
Nominations close with the Administration Director, PO Box 38, Bonny Hills 2445 at 5.00 pm Monday 31st July 2017

Notes:
1. Nominations must be seconded by a member of the Club
2. All members are welcome to attend, but only members who are eligible to vote as per the Club’s Constitution may do so.
3. All votes shall be given personally and there shall be no voting by proxy.
