After school Multi Sport/ healthy eating programme for Year 5 pupils. The aim of the sessions, which are informative as well as fun, are to equip pupils and parents with the skills and attitudes required to make small but sustainable modifications in their diet and daily exercise, thereby making long term health improvements and creating a pathway into regular sporting participation. / Weekly: 1 ½ hours x 5 weeks per school x 3 schools / Central Primary School (1 form intake -30 students)

Obesity levels are continually increasing within our society, causing higher numbers of health problems
The total number of hospital admissions related to obesity in England increased from
