Washington Farm Lay Staff Evaluation System

The supervisor (pastor) and select members of the S/PPRC complete the Church Staff Evaluation Form for each employee.

The employee meets with the reviewers and the evaluation is discussed.

The employee signs and dates the Acknowledgement which states that “I have reviewed this document and discussed the contents with the pastor and others of the S/PPRC. I acknowledge that I have been advised of my performance status, which does not necessarily imply that I agree with the evaluation.”
