1.  Welcome and Introduction
50th Wash Cluster meeting was held on December 02, 2014 chaired by WASH Cluster Coordinator Mr. Sajjad Akbar. Meeting started at 10:30 Hrs in Local Government School with the recitation of Holy Quran followed by introduction of the participants, WASH Cluster Coordinator welcomed all participants in the meeting.
2.  Bara IDPs.
The updates regarding new influx of BARA IDPs were shared;
·  Khyber 1 operation displaced a total of 91,580 families as per FDMA DSR of Dec 01, 2014. Around 69 % of the displaced population have been enlisted in Peshawar.
·  Four enlistment/distribution points are established to facilitate the Bara IDPs. WASH Cluster Partner, UNICEF has distributed 2300 WASH NFIs (Hygiene kit, Bucket & Jerry Can) to IDPs on entry points till date.
·  2802 families took refuge in Jalozai Camp. Existing WASH services are stretched to facilitate these families.
·  New site is identified to extend Jalozai Camp to accommodate 1000 more families. UNICEF prepositioned their WASH supplies to extend the services to the new phase.
·  WASH cluster partners are requested to focus on off camp displaced population especially in Peshawar.
Partners shared that IVAP is profiling of Bara IDPs. WASH Cluster was requested to share the updated data of IVAP which will enable to identify the potential areas of IDPs. / 1.  Abbas will collect the IVAP Bara IDPs data and will share with WASH partners.
2.  Merlin is doing assessment of Bara IDPs. After completion assessment report will be shared with WASH Cluster for further dissemination.
3.  HNO 2015 Overview and SRP 2015;
Wash Cluster Coordinator share HNO (Humanitarian Needs Overview) 2015 briefly. The participants raised the point to revise the HNO targets as it was based on October 2014 statistics while new displacement took place in last month.
The participants are informed that WASH Cluster will have to develop the Strategic Response Plan for 2015 based on the HNO targets. The process of development was briefly shared.
As per advised by the forum, SRP Technical Working Group was formed to facilitate the process of SRP development. A Six members of group was constituted for this purpose. It was decided to conduct first meeting of the group at 4 PM on same day to review and finalize WASH indicators and objectives of SRP. / 1.  Abbas will discuss with UNOCHA regarding the revision of HNO targets.
2.  IMO will circulate HNO fact sheet with partners.
4.  Annual 4Ws - 2014
IMO shared that WASH Cluster will have to close the 2014-4Ws in the end of the month. Annual report will be developed based on the 4Ws submitted by WASH Partners in 2014.
Partners were requested to review their 4Ws and cross check with the progress made by the partners in the year.

5.  AOB
1.  It was shared that IOM is in coordination with WASH Cluster to provide support in printing of WASH IEC materials which would be used in schools, health facilities and prominent places in NWA IDPs residing areas.
2.  WASH Cluster requested IOM to on-air hygiene awareness messages for Bara IDPs. IOM agreed subject to fund availability.
/ IOM to inform WASH cluster about the funding availability for the said purpose.
