This certificate guarantees the right operation of the semi-trailer unit described above against any manufacturing failure for 1 YEAR PERIOD starting on the date included on this warranty certificate.

Warranty will be submitted to the conditions and exclusions described at the back page of this certificate and the beneficiary will perform under it.

Presenting this document is mandatory to validate and issue any warranty claim.

Warranty conditions:

1º This warranty covers the units manufactured by ROJO Trailer, S.L. and their parts. It includes the components and workmanship needed to repair or replace any part for a period of time of 12 months from the starting warranty date. Scheduled working hours agreed from the workshop to fix the semi-trailer and the parts supplied by ROJO will be included, all under the warranty claim procedures defined by ROJO.

2º The expenses of the vehicle transport to the workshop assigned by ROJO to execute the warranty, will be at the customer´s expense.

3º It is exclusive competence of ROJO to accept the warranty claim and to choose the workshop where the semi-trailer will be repaired.

4º Beneficiary won´t be eligible to have a courtesy semi-trailer while their vehicle is being repaired under warranty conditions. The costs of having the vehicle stopped in the workshop for repair is excluded as well.

5º Warranty of the parts like axles, suspensions, ABS/EBS, pistons, etc, are warranted by each manufacturer conditions.

Exclusions & limitations:

1ºWarranty does not cover break downs, malfunctioning and deteriorations originated from accidents, wrong use, extreme forces or drivers neglect. Overloading and improper effort on vehicles, are not included for warranty claims.

2º Warranty does not include parts that have a big wearing out when the vehicle is circulating: brake pads, drum brakes, brake cylinders, suspensions springs, shock absorbers, light lamps, bearings, holders, cases and any other component that is suitable for wearing outs when vehicle is used

3º Warranty doesn´t cover any damages over paint due to use or exposure like chipping, scratching, fading, crack in caulk seams, road salt or tar, and pressure washing.

4º Warranty won´t include modifications made by a third party that has not been communicated to ROJO in advance. At the same time, any damages occurred and related with added parts not confirmed and accepted by ROJO with written confirmation will not be covered.

5º If the inspections included on the annex page are not made (basic maintenance), this warranty shall be null and void.

6º Repairs and fixings made over the vehicle in a different country as where the vehicle was bought; it will be initially paid by customer or the beneficiary of this warranty. On a next step the invoice and the replaced parts will be sent to ROJO to examine and accept it. In case it is accepted, it will be conceded a full or partial warranty, under the conditions settled in the country of origin, and applying their current tariffs.
