ADDRESS - The street address of the parcel
PURCHASER – The name/acronym of the community group acquiring the parcel
CLEAR TITLE – If the box is checked, denotes that the clear title has been obtained
BLDG $ - If there is a building on the lot, the $value refers to the last appraised value, does not reflect any amount that the community group is beholden to paying to acquiring the parcel
RESERVE STATUS – ‘Property Reserve’ denotes that the parcel has passed City Council approval. ‘Pending Reserve’ denotes that Council approval is pending
SOLD – Reflects the date that the parcel is scheduled to or has been closed on by the community group
ACQUIRED – Reflects the date that the city initiated acquisition of the property through the Treasurer’s Sale on behalf of a community group
APP RECEIVED – Reflects the date that the community group submitted/received approval of its application to acquire the parcel
IN RESERVE – Reflects the date that the parcel ‘entered’ into the property reserve
