Exhibitor Information
The Vermont Principals' Association invites you to exhibit at the Summer Leadership Academy. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Tuesday, August 4 and Wednesday, August 5 only. The evaluations from last year’s vendors indicated that three days was too long and not cost effective. They recommended a two-day period.
Tuesday: Our Keynote Speaker is Eric Jensen. Attendees will enter the Grand Ballroom through the exhibit area. Coffee and beverage service will be set up in the exhibit area at break times to pull participants into the exhibit area. Tuesdayevening is the VPA Sponsors’ Dinner and Raffle, featuring the Vermont Comedy Connection.
Wednesday is a Strand Day. Participants will be in instructional strands on Wednesday morning and afternoon.Coffee and break services will be set up in the exhibit area. Attendees will enter the ballroom through the exhibit area as well for meals. The Exhibit Area will close at 4:30 PM. Wednesday evening is our School Leaders’ Awards Dinner and Ceremony - a fun event that folks really look forward to! Exhibitors are welcome to attend this event.
LOCATION - Exhibit Area: We have reserved a section of the Grand Ballroom for exhibits. All participants will access meals and coffee breaks through the exhibit area.

NEW FORMAT - Exhibitors and sponsors are invited to provide a gift or service that will be raffled off on Tuesday evening. Exhibitors can award their gift on Tuesday evening after dinner if they so choose. Participants must be present to win!
