Please describe any volunteer or service-learning opportunities you anticipate during 2013 – 14.

Are you interested in service-learning opportunities and engaging a class in a project?

Are you interested in on-going service opportunities like Super Service Saturdays?

Are you interested in engaging students in a practicum or internship experience?

Are you interested in exploring students under the federal work study program who can work in non-profit agencies and whose wages are reimbursed at 75% of gross wages or more?

A lunch for each participant will be provided – please let us know if you would like a vegetarian option.

Parking will be provided in the Kent Student Center lot located on Summit Street. You can find more information at: http://www.kent.edu/studentcenter/directions-and-parking-to-ksc.cfm. If you are unable to locate a parking space, you will be directed to the Commuter lot located across Summit Street. You can access either parking lot located on West Campus Center Drive.. A parking voucher will be provided so you can exit the lot at no cost.

We will provide assistance with unloading of your materials from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. We will have student volunteers located at the drop-off area outside the Memorial Athletic Convocation Center on Risman Road. Please indicate to us if you would like assistance.
