Design a Magazine Cover!

Directions: You are going to design a magazine cover that could have been seen during the Age of Exploration and Colonization. You will need to include the following things in your design.

1. Your cover will be based on the Scramble for Africa. Choose your country: Great Britain, Spain, Portugal or France.

2. Write a catchy title that goes along with your country.

3.Draw a picture that explains your title.

4.In the “Features” section write 3 reasons why + wanted to colonize Africa.

5.Color the magazine cover. *The border should be yellow, but you can color the rest any way that you want.

6.Fold this sheet in half, put your name on the back, and turn it in.
