MIDDLE SCHOOL NEWS:

IPAD INFORMATION:

6th-8th grade students will be turning in their iPads on Monday, May 18th. Please make sure students have their stand, cord and charger for check-in at that time.

If you have a student entering 6th grade next year, they will also have an iPad to use next school year. Please create an e-mail address to be ready for next school year.

Dear Thunder Valley K8 Families,

We will be collecting student iPads for summer check-in beginning Monday, May 18th.

Here’s information you need to know:

1.  Your student should bring their iPad (in the case with the stand), charger block and lightning cable along for check-in. Any items damaged or not returned may result in a charge for a replacement. If you need to purchase replacement accessories, please fill out this form to order them HERE. We will then add the charge for the item to your student’s RevTrak account. These items are to be paid online using RevTrak and your student can pick up the item in the school’s main office. Please complete the form and make your payments by Wednesday, May 20th.

2.  Before returning the iPad, you may wish to backup any student data. Information for doing so can be found on our district Family Connections Website and also on the Apple website.

3.  If a student will be returning to TVK8 next fall, they will be issued the same iPad for use in the next school year.

4.  Any iPads not returned by May 22 will be treated as missing and may result in a charge for the cost of the iPad.

5.  All insurance balances need to be paid by May 22nd. If you have questions regarding your balance please contact the front office at (303) 833-2456.

6.  Planning ahead will help the return process go smoothly for you and your student!

We greatly appreciate all of your support!

TVK8 Staff and Administration
