Responsible for global pre and post launch commercial strategy for all Lilly pharmaceutical brands from Phase I development to patent expiry.

Responsible for the earnings growth of a fully integrated Sales/Manufacturing operation including Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Administration and Bulk Manufacturing. Nine direct reports, 1000 employees, and $260 MM in Annual Sales Volume. Responsible for managing this operation through the transition from hyperinflation to the current relative economic stability of the Real Plan. Annual Business Unit Contribution increased during this period 80%.
