Program title: / Landscaping student inductionProgram description: / To introduce ‘evidence gathering’ to the students that will be participating in the project. To familiarise both students and the teacher with the mechanisms and technology in place and the requirements from them.

Intended participants: / Teacher and landscaping students
Program learning outcomes: / · Introduce ‘evidence gathering’ part of the project
· Demonstrate the learning space and how to access assignments on PC/Mac or mobile
· Student activity: Uploading image examples to an assignment box
Pre-session activities: / Meeting between multimedia developer and teacher to demonstate and discuss options and means regarding evidence gathering via Moodle.
Classroom setting and equipment: / Waverly computer lab. Overhead projector. Computers. BYO student devices. Department digital camera.
Facilitator preparation: / Setup/check Moodle course (with teacher), enrol students in Moodle course, survey links into Moodle course, session plan for induction session, ‘How to’ and ‘Useful tips’ guides, printout of student login details, digital camera for documentative project photos.
