1.4.3.3 Show foundation details, frost line, mounting details, and clearances.

1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE
1.5.1 Installer Qualifications: Firm approved by manufacturer or with minimum five years successful experience installing vertical pivot gates similar to the scope and complexity required for this project.
1.5.2 Pre-installation Conference: Conduct meeting at site prior to commencing work related to vertical pivot gate system installation.
1.5.2.1 Require attendance of all trades directly involved in vertical pivot gate installation.
1.5.2.2 Review site conditions, procedures, and coordination required with related work.

1.5.3.2 Do not proceed with remaining work until workmanship is approved by Architect.
1.5.3.3 Remove and reinstall mock-up until approved by the Architect.
1.5.3.4 Approved mock-up may remain as part of finished work and shall establish the standard for remaining work.
1.6 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
1.6.1 Deliver, store and handle materials and products in strict compliance with manufacturer's instructions and recommendations and industry standards.
1.6.1.1 Store in covered area away from direct sunlight.
1.6.1.2 Stack boxes containing trim members flat to prevent sagging.
1.6.2 Store materials in manufacturer's original sealed, labeled packaging until ready for installation and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Protect from damage.
1.7 PROJECT CONDITIONS
1.7.1 Field Measurements: Verify field dimensions and component layout prior to beginning shop drawings or installation.
