While in the Zonal Review Meeting, it was learnt that not even a single officer has been posted exclusively for VAS in the Circle. Director (CM) BSNL Board emphasized the urgent need for posting of at least 4 SDEs/JTOs in the Circle under DGM In-charge of VAS, each to take care of :-
i)Voice based VAS
ii)Text based VAS
iii)Video based VAS
iv)Financial VAS
The agreed target date to post required officials and send compliance was one month i.e.24th October, 2012. I would, therefore, request you to kindly bestow your personal attention and arrange for timely action followed by compliance.
