PAYMENT / Manufacture and installation costs shall be paid by the applicant (included in fee estimate).
Maintenance and replacement of damaged signs shall be undertaken by the City of Swan.
No sign shall be erected or displayed without the written approval of the City of Swan.
All signs shall remain the property of the City of Swan and subject to any future policy which might cause a change in eligibility, modification, replacement or removal
