PROCEEDINGS:
A meeting of the Bids Opening Committee was held on 20th June, 2017 in the Committee Room of Punjab AIDS Control Program, Lahore.
2.The following representatives of different organizations were present:

3.The Procurement Officer, Punjab AIDS Control Program informed the participants that the invitation for bids for purchase of Procurement of Miscellaneous Items i.e. consumables and Stationery items for office of Punjab AIDS Control Programwere placed at PPRA and Health Department website on 1st June, 2017. He further stated that Two (02) Firms/ bidders submitted their bids till the closing date i.e. 1st June, 2017 at 10.00 am. The detail of two (02) bids submitted by the different firms/ bidders is depicted as below:

4.The Procurement Officer also informed the participants that two (02) bids were evaluated by the Technical Committee one by one according to evaluation criteria. Both firms are technically accepted.
5.The Chair informed the participants that the financial bids would be opened as per PPRA Rules. The seals of the tender box were then opened by the Committee in the presence of all the participants. Each of the envelopes containing the bids was shown to the participants and the name of the firms submitted was loudly announced. All the members of the committee signed the envelopes.
