This document is designed to assist you as member of the VDQGBSA to obtain the Qualification -Vehicle Damage Quantifier-thru the Recognition of Prior Learning Process.

The first few pages deals with your personal detail while you’d find an Application for Prior Learning form on page 5. This is necessary to formalize your Application for Recognotion of Prior Learning with the QCTO.

Please read thru the document carefully and complete the document as comprehensively as possible.

Remember to achieve the Qualification of Vehicle Damage Quantifier you need to prove that you are competent in the Specific Outcomes of the Qualification for Vehicle Damage Quantifiers.Hence we advise you to access the Curriculum of the Qualification from the SAQA website and avail yourself of the Qualification’s Specific Outcomes and Assessment Criteria. The process of Recognition of Prior Learning (and experience) implies that you had been operating in the field of damage quantification for several years and that you wish for recognition to be given to the knowledge and skill that you gained during that period.
