1Background

2Changes to the Outcome Agreement

3Obligation to notify

3.1The Purchasing Agency has notified other Purchasing Agencies who also have Outcome Agreements with the Provider if this Variation may impact the Outcome Agreements those other Purchasing Agencies have with the Provider.

4General

4.1The changes made by this Variation will be effective from the date this Variation is signed by each Purchasing Agency and the Provider, if two or more dates, the later date.

4.2Subject to the changes made by this Variation, the terms and conditions of the Outcome Agreement remain in effect.

4.3Words used but not defined in this Variation have the same meaning as in the Outcome Agreement.
