Chelwood and Beecroft Garden Schools are hosting our annual Auction fundraiser.
We would like a full house on the evening and aim to raise lots of money for our projects.

Auction Pledges
We already have a number of generous ‘Promises’ but we still need more. Please have a think if there is something you could offer for Auction. We have attached a list of examples of ‘Promises’, but this is by no means exhaustive.
The items on offer may range from theatre tickets and meals at local restaurants, to vouchers for theme parks. However, we hope that the majority of contributions will come from YOU, the parents and carers, and Friends of Chelwood and Beecroft Garden.
We hope you can offer your time, skills and services in the form of a ‘promise’.
Please don’t think there is nothing you can do...the offer of a couple of hours babysitting or ironing is a great money spinner! Maybe you have a particular skill or craft, or you know someone who has, and would be willing to support our schools.
We hope that this event will be supported by past and present families of Chelwood and Beecroft Garden.
We also need help to organise and run the event. If you are able to collect or manage incoming pledges or help on the night, please speak to Nikki or Amanda at Chelwood or Gemma/Michelle/Cathy/Lisa at Beecroft Garden
Don’t forget to put the date in your diary and come along ready to have a good time!

Can you.....
· bake a cake, cook a meal or do any DIY?
· give lessons or tuition (driving, music, languages)?
· offer computing, translation, PA skills?
· babysit for a couple of hours?
· do some ironing, cleaning, gardening?

· own or manage a shop or business which could contribute goods or services?
· own a holiday accommodation - from a villa abroad to a caravan or camping equipment which could be offered for a weekend or more?
· have contact at theatres, cinemas, film studios, sporting venues, which could offer guided tours or tickets?
Are you...
· an Artist, Painter, Sculptor willing to donate work or offer a commission?
· a Councillor, Lawyer or Solicitor willing to offer an hour’s advice?
· a Homeopath, Reflexologist or Aromatherapist prepared to offer a consultation?
· a Hairdresser, Florist or Beauty Therapist willing to offer your services?
