Emerald Club Program and Implementation Overview
National Car Rental andEnterprise Rent-A-Carhave been selected as our preferred provider for vehicle rentals. As a member, you are entitled to specially negotiated rates and benefits at both brands. Effectively implementing this program includes enrolling employees into the frequent renter program, The Emerald Club. Emerald Club benefits extend to both National and Enterprise customers. Details of the enrollment and implementation process are presented below in two easy steps.

Enrolling travelers into emerald club
Enrollment is instant – enroll today and rent today!
Instant Enrollment: National will provide you with a fee-waived Emerald Club instant enrollment link. This customized link pre-populates some of the fields for the member, such as the Contract ID number and will automatically accept or decline insurance coverage as designated by your company. The link can be embedded in our logo for your company’s intranet site or for e-mail distribution.Once successfully enrolled, the customer is provided with an Emerald Club number that can used right away. An Emerald Club card will be mailed in 2-3 weeks.


Existing emerald club members
You may have employees who already belong to the Emerald Club from a previous job or due to personal preference. These employees do not need to re-enroll. The process is very easy for existing Emerald Club members. Each existing member will need to update their member profile with a current corporate credit card (if applicable) and Contract ID number. Existing Club members should follow these instructions:
To update the Emerald Club personal profile (except Contract ID change):
•Go to the Emerald Club homepage,
•Locate their Emerald Club card number and click on Emerald Club Create Login.
•Establish your unique login and password and click on Submit button.
•From the Emerald Club homepage click on Profile Update.
•Confirm / provide all information in each of the following profile sections: Personal Information, Credit Card Information, Coverage Options, Rewards and Account Preferences.
Be sure to hit the Save button for each entry.
•On the Coverage Options page, decline all coverage per your corporate policy and Save.
•Add your Emerald Club membership number to your travel profile with your travel agent.
To add the new Contract ID:
To update the Contract ID Number, members must call the Emerald Club member services line at 1-800-962-7070 between the hours of 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. They must provide the company Contract ID at the time of the call.
If there is any problem with this process, your Sales Executive will be able to help you resolve any issues or questions.
Please make sure each Emerald Club member has the correct Contract ID in their profile. This will ensure they receive the special rates and all of the benefits of your custom business program, as well as track rental activity to your company.
Emerald Club at Enterprise
Our CPG agreement provides rates and benefits at National, Enterprise and Alamo. The Emerald Club membership is recognized at Enterprise. Enterprisetravelers who provide an Emerald Club number at time of reservation will experience a faster transaction.
The emerald club – benefits and rewards
Once your traveler has enrolled, they can immediately take advantage of the many benefits of The Emerald Club!
A member packet will be mailed to the new member within two to three weeks after enrollment. This packet will contain a personal Emerald Club card and an overview of The Emerald Club program and benefits. Travelers who enroll through this method are automatically placed into the first membership level and will then have the opportunity to earn their way into higher levels.
