UNE Pathways Enabling Course

This pathway course is for students without a traditional educational background. It will enable them to eventually undertake an undergraduate degree once successfully completing the course. In the Pathway course studentsreceive additional mentoring and tutorial support.

UQ’s Women in Engineering Day

The Women in Engineering Day allows girls from Years 10-12 to come together and experience engineering at UQ’s St Lucia Campus. Students will have the opportunity to build rocket ships, program robots, visit UQ’s renowned Advanced Engineering Building, converse with students from all over Queensland and experience university life.

UC Career Finder App

The UC Career Finder App for iPhone and Android helps students find a career aligned with their interests and shows them how to get there. The application includes quizzes to find out about careers and courses at University of Canberra, a social network based around University of Canberra, and the ability to book a tour of the campus at any time.

UOW Campus Tours

Campus tours run every Friday, they provide potential students with a guided tour of what the University of Wollongong offers. Tours start at 10:30am and 2:30pm and must be booked.

The 2017 Bruce Dawe National Poetry Prize

Entries close Friday 12th May 2017.

The Bruce Dawe National Poetry Prize is a competition run by the University of Southern Queensland and is open to all Australian citizens or Permanent Residents. Entrants can enter up to 5 poems with a fee of $6 per poem.

Mind the Gap

Mind the Gap bridges the gap between school and the real world by empowering youth with an understanding of the Australian tax system. The short and flexible online course can be completed at school or home, and offers teenagers a chance to learn practical life lessons through fun and engaging animation.

Mind the Gap is available to the public for $15 a student, or at a discounted rate for schools and institutions.

OC Tours

OC Tours runs school tours, small group & personalized tours, and volunteer programs in rural Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. Early Bird Cultural Homestay Program in China

The Early Bird Cultural Homestay Program offers young people from around the world a unique, close-up look at Chinese life and culture.Participants live with a Chinese family, forming friendships with the host parents and siblings, whilst teaching the children English in an informal setting.
