–“Meeting”means theconveningof apublicbody, witha quorum present,includinga workshopor anexecutivesessionwhetherthemeetingis heldin personor by means of electroniccommunications,for thepurposeof discussing,receivingcommentsfromthepublicabout,oractingupon amatter overwhich thepublicbody has jurisdictionor advisorypower.
