Using the velocity of a wave formula

Speed of a wave formula ----- Speed = wavelength x frequency

v = l x f

where:

v = speed - measured in meters/second (m/s),

f = frequency - measured in hertz - (Hz),

l = wavelength - measured in meters (m).

Example:

A tuning fork has a frequency of 310 Hz. The wavelength of the sound produced by the tuning fork is 1.32 m. Calculate the speed of the wave.
